IMPORTANT KIT INFORMATION
Each kit is designed for “one” large/giant pet with an approximate 2 month supply of supplements found in the Blackwatch Feed Programs. For Medium to small it will last approximatly 3-4 months. If you need to replace a supplement you can order individually at the normal retail price, or you can purchase a whole kit at a discount price. The actual length of time a kit lasts is directly related to the amount you use based on the age, size, and activity level of the dog.
ALERT!! - READ ABOUT THE DETOXIFICATION PROCESS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A SUPPLEMENT KIT.
If your pet has been on an inferior feeding protocol, medications, stressed, over vaccinated etc. your dog may go through the detoxification process (cleansing of the toxins) when started on Nzymes granular or Nzymes chewable pet treats. This may result in a little loose stool, nausea, vomiting, some itching and scratching, hotspots and it is due to the body cleansing too quickly.
Although the Biopet Nzymes company has on the label to double dose this product right away, we at FCN do not agree with this method as it causes the dog to cleanse to quickly.
It is our recommendation on this website and in our instruction sheet that you slowly build up to a maintenance dose of Nzymes granular or treat over one (1) weeks time, then start the double dose - a 2 week cleansing process - then move back down to a maintenance level from then on.
This detoxing process is temporary and many dogs do not experience it at all. but if they are older, small or fragile dogs that have not been on a quality diet that provides enough antioxidants or fresh whole food for the body to make antioxidants to cleanse itself - they will get "flu-like" symptoms, and the same is true for people. Always introduce a new supplement 2-3 days apart so you do not trigger a cleansing response.
When, or if, your pet detoxes too quickly simply introduce the supplement at a lower dose and ease them into it over a 3 days. It is best to start with the probiotic supplement first in any kit.
