While there are other shampoos on the market that will do the same, what I really appreciate about Micro-Tek is that it smells great, so I don't have a dog that smells like medicine after her bi-weekly bath, and I know it provides a layer of protection for her skin because after bathing her I can feel a layer of conditioning on my hands. I also love it that the shampoo leaves my dog's coat soft and smooth unlike the prescription shampoos I've used in the past that left her fur feeling like straw. - MLS Very good product. I used this along with the medicated spray. It helped tremendously with the itching/chewing. I think if a dog has some skin problems, using this product alone wouldn't solve it. I changed her dog food to Precise sensicare formula, used NZYMES super yeast kit (although I never had her tested for yeast) and the colostrum. Sammie's fur now looks so healthy, feels silky and shiny. Without information from the greatdanelady.com website, my dog would probably still be using Atopica. |
