Do Probiotics Occur in Dietary Enzymes?
Posted on 12/17/2012

Yes, BUT... a component of Probiotics does occur in the harvesting of sprouts for the dietary enzyme products. The probiotics that are indigenous to those seeds, which are important in growing the sprouts to make SOD or Dismutase, but are not sufficient to aid in digestion so we recommend additional Probiotics be used along with dietary enzymes

Dietary enzymes are very different from Digestive enzymes in that they each have very different jobs to accomplish. Dietary enzymes, put the living component back into our daily diet and they come in different forms by two companies: The Nzymes Granulars, Pet Treats or Human capsules provide a “whole food-living component” to the overly - processed western diet. For dogs and cats using Nzymes (dietary enzymes) will replicate what happens in the wild for our pets, who eat processed foods. TheBiovet International Probiotic Antioxident Enzyme Induction Granules  or Treats (aka Dismutate), is also a whole food dietary enzyme.   All whole food Dietary Enzyme products carry their own Probiotics in them which are symbiotic to the host plant/sprout. The probiotics that are indigenous to the seeds used to make sprouts have a Probiotic component, which are important in growing the sprouts to make SOD or Dismutase, but are not sufficient to aid in digestion so we recommend additional Probiotics be used along with dietary enzymes. Both brands of Dietary Enzyme products aids in metabolic processes i.e. organ metabolism, anti inflammatory processes, fast healing and provide antioxidant protection against free radical damage (anti-aging).
